My favorite item on the Jack Stack Barbecue menu. And that’s says a lot since I like so much of their menu. This might even be my favorite single food item in the KC area. The meat truly melts in your mouth. I’m getting hungry now just describing it. They have several locations in the KC metro area. This was at the Freight House district.
